1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DevHaus services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

DevHaus provides web development, mobile app development, API development, and consulting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Service Agreement

All projects are governed by individual service agreements that outline:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Intellectual property rights
• Support and maintenance terms

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Payment schedules are based on project milestones
• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Work may be suspended for overdue payments

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• Client owns the final deliverables and custom code developed specifically for their project
• DevHaus retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and pre-existing intellectual property
• Third-party licenses and components remain subject to their respective terms
• DevHaus may showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Providing necessary access to systems and accounts
• Ensuring content provided does not infringe on third-party rights
• Maintaining backups of their data

7. Project Changes

Changes to project scope may result in:

• Additional costs based on time and materials
• Adjusted timelines and delivery dates
• Amended project agreements

All changes must be approved in writing before implementation.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Client business information and data
• Proprietary processes and trade secrets
• Project details and specifications

This confidentiality extends to all team members and subcontractors.

9. Limitation of Liability

DevHaus shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business interruption
• Third-party actions or failures
• Force majeure events beyond our control

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all systems or software
• Achievement of specific business results

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client pays for work completed to date
• DevHaus delivers work completed as of termination date
• Both parties return confidential information
• Surviving clauses remain in effect

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Singapore.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
